Super Teams

The Super Team process is designed to help augment the culture change process in an organisation. Over the past twenty years we have developed a series of short boosters which can be used in three ways:

1. As a post Super Leader refresher and retread of the fundamentals of Super Leaders.

2. As an extension course for those leaders who needed more coaching and support. We recognise that not everyone enters Super Leaders at the same level of ability and in some cases there is value in more time and coaching with specific leaders.

3. As a cultural transformation tool for Super Leaders to work with their teams in what we call Super Teams. This is a bottom-up process which helps complete an often overlooked component of the picture. The Super Team is introduced to an abridged version of Super Leaders and have the opportunity to practically test and apply the concepts of leadership, values inculcation and practical engagement in a safe and professionally facilitated environment. Their trust in themselves grows, their morale increases and their commitment to supporting workplace changes soars. The added ingredient here is that the Super Leader learns the value of listening to his or her people and sees the practical value of letting them solve problems and originate solutions (an opportunity that is missed in the day to day pressures of work). In turn they appreciate being respected and far more easily co-commit to change.
